apibrėžtis Sistema, skirta karių grupei saugoti branduolinių, cheminių ir biologinių ginklų naudojimo aplinkoje, kuri suteikia galimybę nusiimti ir nusivilkti individualiosios apsaugos priemones. Gali būti naudojami du tipai kolektyvinės apsaugos sistemos: perteklinio slėgio ventiliacijos sistema, kuri neleidžia patekti neišvalytam (užterštam) orui; kaukių ventiliacijos įtaisas, pro kurio lanksčias žarneles tiekiamas išvalytas oras nepaisant, ar jis suporintas su dujokauke ar su specialiąja kauke.
